REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
At stackgrovex, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development services. Refunds are evaluated based on the specific circumstances of each project and the milestones completed.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- ▸ The project has not yet commenced or no work has been performed.
- ▸ Work delivered does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract.
- ▸ Termination of services due to force majeure events beyond either party's control.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) work completed and approved by the client at intermediate milestones; (b) third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (domain registrations, hosting fees, licensed software); (c) services delivered in full compliance with the agreed specifications.
4. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal remedies. This refund policy is governed by Spanish consumer protection law and applicable EU regulations.
TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by stackgrovex, located at C. San Pedro 20, Majadahonda, Madrid, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. SERVICES SCOPE
stackgrovex provides web development, design, and related digital services as described in individual service agreements. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the client.
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to: (a) provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution; (b) respond to requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timeframes; (c) ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided for use in the project.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom work product created specifically for their project. stackgrovex retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in the development process. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
stackgrovex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. stackgrovex will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
